LWS Quartermaster ("the Service") is a fan-made web tool for analyzing alliance and player data captured from the mobile game Last War: Survival (developed by First Fun, published by FUNFLY PTE. LTD, released August 2023). The Service is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by First Fun, FUNFLY PTE. LTD, or any related entity.
The Service consists of:
lws.0x88.shYou may register an account if you are at least 16 years old and have agreed to these Terms. The Service applies a single 16-year minimum across all jurisdictions, which matches the strictest GDPR Art. 8 digital-consent age and exceeds COPPA's 13-year floor. The Service does not operate an age-verification mechanism; registration relies on your self-declaration.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree NOT to:
The LWS Client reads network traffic that passes through your local machine while the game is running. It does not send any data to the game server, modify game traffic, replay packets, or bypass the game's authentication. The data the LWS Client captures originates from your own active game session — the running game client connects to the publisher's servers in the normal course of play, and the LWS Client observes the response traffic locally before forwarding it to this Service's portal for indexing.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the LWS Client complies with the Terms of Service for the game published by First Fun and FUNFLY PTE. LTD. The Service operator makes no representation that running the LWS Client is permitted by the game's developer or publisher, and accepts no liability for any in-game consequences (account suspension, ban, etc.) arising from your use of the Service.
Data captured by users running the LWS Client is shared in aggregate within the platform: rosters, power, donation, and VS-event data for an alliance is visible to members of that alliance and to platform admins. Map tile data (player base coordinates) is visible per-server based on the user's tier and module access.
Alliance leaders may invite, promote, demote, and revoke other members' access to their alliance's data within the portal. Platform admins may impersonate users for support / debugging purposes; impersonation is audit-logged.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee the Service will be available, accurate, complete, or free from error. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur without notice. The Service is operated as a hobby project; commitment to uptime, support, or continued availability is not implied.
The operator may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or at the operator's sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting the operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, account bans, data loss, or competitive disadvantage.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the portal UI and/or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if no such modification is possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Ireland is selected because the Service's infrastructure is hosted in the AWS eu-west-1 region (Dublin) and the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) is the supervisory authority of competent jurisdiction for any GDPR-related matter relating to the Service.
You and the operator agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland, with two exceptions:
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the platform operator at privacy@0x88.sh.
